We have configured Matomo to anonymise IP addresses. No data is shared with third-party advertising platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

- Our email hosting provider — for receiving and storing contact form messages
- Our website hosting provider — as part of normal site operation
Matomo analytics data is processed on our own server. No analytics data is shared with third-party advertising platforms.
All third-party service providers are required to handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR.
International Data Transfers
We aim to keep your data within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). If any of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form enquiries: we retain these for a maximum of 2 years from the date of last contact, after which they are securely deleted.
- Analytics data: retained for [e.g. 12 months] within Matomo, after which it is automatically deleted.
